Rate Period High Water Mark Public Workshop

BPA is establishing Rate Period High Water Marks (RHWM) that will be used in the BP-24 Rate Case to set power rates for fiscal years 2024 and 2025. The RHWM is the amount of energy a customer is eligible to purchase at Tier 1 rates during a given rate period.
